Maurice Garrett, Hugh M'Guiness, James Millard, John De Boos, William Beaton, and James Hogg, vere appointed, by order of the 5th May, 1862, to be the trustees of the Cemetery at Euroa.

- DEATH. GARRETT
On the 15th July, at his residence, "Fermoye," Sydney road, Euroa, Maurice, the beloved father of William and Frederick, and the late Maurice and Thomas Garrett and Mrs J. Saxon sr., all of Euroa. Aged 80 years. A townsman of 59 years.
We saw him suffering many a day,
And it caused us bitter grief
To see him in such sore distress;
And could not give relief
.
We'll miss him, oh, so sadly,
From his accustomed place.
And never more on earth we'll see
Our dear old father's face.
We'll remember our dear father
Throughout the coming years,
And hope to meet him bye-and-bye,
Beyond this vale of tears.
