    OBITUARY.
    Mr. Haken Bengtson, who had been a resident, of this city for the past thirteen years, passed away at his late residence, Cheapside-street, yesterday afternoon. He was born in Sweden and migrated to Queensland, arriving in Maryborough just over 60 years ago. About 47 years were spent at Yengarie, where his family, which consists of three daughters, namely Mrs. C. M. Bengtson (River Heads, Bingham). Mrs. C. Poulson (Maryborough) and Miss Hanna Bengtson, also one son, Mr. C. Bengtson, were brought up. He also leaves 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildrcn His wife predeceased him thirteen months ago. The funeral will take place at 11 o'clock this (Friday) morning.
