  	A sad accident happened here on Monday last.. A poor fellow, named Charles Moreland, was taking home a load of sawn timber, when one of the wheels caught against a stump and upset the dray. The deceased was found dead by a man who lived near. Mr. Bailey held a magisterial enquiry the same day, when the evideuce showed that the occurrence was accidental.
