  	In the Courts APPEAL FAILS Alleged Sale of Goods The Full Court yesterday heard argument in an appeal from a decision given in the Magistrate's Court at Kingaroy bv Mr. Frank G. Illidge, P.M., on September 28 last. On the bench were their Honours Mr. Justice Webb, Mr. Justice Henchman, and Mr. Justice E. A. Douglas. The appeal was dismissed. In the Magistrate's Court P. H. Stones, of Wondai, sawmiller, the plaintiff, sued Louise Nielsen, of Kingaroy, widow, for £71/0/2, alleged to be payable by the defendant for goods sold and delivered, for goods bargained for and sold, for work performed by the plaintiff at the request of the defendant, and for materials suplied, or, alternatively, damages for nonacceptance of the goods, or damages for alleged breach of contract. The defendant said she was not indebted as alleged, and the alleged contract did not comply with the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act. The Magistrate found in favour of the defendant, and from that decision the plaintiff appealed to the Full Court, on the ground that the decision was against the evidence, manifestly wrong and unreasonable, and that it was contrary to law. After hearing argument, the Court dismissed the appeal with costs. Mr. A. J. Mansfield (Instructed by Mr. J. H. Feather, town agent for Messrs.
