Elsie Pocock, formerly Walbank, petitioned for a divorce from Alfred Pocock, on the ground that the respondence, between September 1, 1922, and March 5, 1924, committed adultery with a woman whose name is unknown to the petitioner, at Shepherd-street, Darlington, and elsewhere. The parties were married at Stanmore in 1908, by a minister of the Disciples of Christ.
