Since 1804 was the establishment of the tripartite mission partly as a maternity hospital to cherish married as well as unmarried mothers and children at birth, and for a short time after birth to house the children who were born out of wedlock, and finally then to make sure these children's exposure to foster parents in the city or in the country - or, since 1812, deferment fee to their own mothers.

Furthermore, the birth and care foundation responsible for midwifery education and training in obstetrics - gynecology, as in the case of maternity wards today.
